The reason why Oak Cliff is once again becoming popular with young people is because Oak Cliff is full of old, vintage homes that urban millennials seem to be attracted to, and there is also a growing “hipster” scene.

Then there are the up and coming neighborhoods, such as Wynnewood and Kiest Park. Additionally, there are several other neighborhoods in Oak Cliff which are smaller and somewhat unknown in the broader sense of the word such as Ruthmeade Place and the Oak Park Estates. Each neighborhood in Oak Cliff offers something different in terms of living space and things to do. The Bishop Arts District, for instance, in the most popular neighborhood in Oak Cliff because it offers up about 60 different restaurants, bars, and shops adjacent and within walking distance to the primary living areas.
